《All In》的故事是由韩国80年代真人真事改编，耗资制作费50亿韩币，是美、韩两地跨国大制作，在现实中的韩国，确实有这么一位“赌王”崔民秀，而饰演崔民秀的就是李秉宪。

李秉宪在《All In》中饰演的是从小在赌徒身边长大的孤儿金仁赫，他把红灯区的妓女们当作自己的姐姐，把街头游荡抢劫的古惑仔当作自己的哥哥，早谙世事的他比起自己的年龄更加的奸诈狡猾卖弄小聪明，但是他胆量大并且有情有义，所以小弟们对他非常尊重。

那个时候流行一种传统的赌博方式“花斗”，而整个赌博业都被一位大业主崔图焕(李德华 饰)一手控制掌握，偏偏仁赫和崔图焕的儿子崔政元(池城 饰)是死对头，一次在他们针锋相对之后，仁赫在后街遇到了民秀燕(宋慧乔 饰)，在见到她的那一瞬间仁赫爱上了她。随着时间的流逝，仁赫后来到徐真希(朴率美 饰)父亲徐胜敦开的赌场当保镖，在一次偶然的机会下，遇到了刚到赌场当发牌员的秀燕，当时秀燕被一位老千赢了很多钱，还是新人的她面临极大的危机，仁赫为了帮助秀燕，找出了那位老千的弱点，后来因此被赌场的董事长徐胜敦所召见赏识，仁赫和秀燕也因此而开始结下这段不解之缘。
