家常便饭,好吃简单又实惠{:soso_e179:} 炒饭要放点酱油颜色好看一点,和葱花香味才会出来。闷瘸子最好放点田螺香,豆师和蒜蓉。在加点鱼露调味,最后溜点生粉大火收汁。味道可能会好一些。 wei-km 发表于 2013-6-23 16:51 static/image/common/back.gif

我感觉这样会太干,吃起来象鸭吃田螺一样不好,我喜欢稍软一点的炒饭,不过还是谢谢你的建义。
